The Concept of the Formation of Mixed Courts
The Concept describes a model of rebuilding the way commercial proceedings are organized in accordance with European models where courts reviewing a specific case are formed based on a completely different approach. To avoid corruption risks and increase the efficiency of the case consideration, it is proposed to involve in the court to resolve commercial disputes jurors, delegated by the business community (Lay Judges).
