Selection Commission Announces New Competition for HQCJ Member
The Selection Commission has announced a new competition for a position on the High Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) after the High Council of Justice (HCJ) refused to appoint the candidates recommended in the previous selection process. The vacancy in HQCJ arose following the voluntary resignation of former member Roman Ihnatov.
Only judges and retired judges who meet the legal requirements are eligible to apply. The application period runs from February 10 to March 3, 2025.
DEJURE Foundation urges qualified professionals to participate in the competition to ensure a successful selection process this time and to appoint a worthy candidate to the HQCJ!
