The Congress of Legal Scholars, which is supposed to elect a new member of the HCJ, has been postponed to April

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has changed the date of the Congress of Legal Scholars. Therefore, the scholars will gather on April 21, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (Kyiv, 19 Kyoto St.) to elect one member of the HCJ.

Initially, the Congress was supposed to take place on December 16, 2022, but was postponed to February 17, 2023. However, since the Ethics Council has not yet provided conclusions and a list of candidates recommended, the Congress had to be postponed for the second time.

We wrote about how the previous Congress was held in Poltava on August 19, 2022. We will observe the Congress of Legal Scholars in April.
