Who did the Selection Commission recommend for the HQCJ?

Today, on November 15, the Selection Commission for the HQCJ finalized its list of recommended candidates. The nominees are:

Oksana Andriychuk — judge of the Commercial Court of Rivne Region.

Vitalii Kryklyvyi — judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

The final decision now rests with the High Council of Justice (HCJ), which will interview the recommended candidates and decide whether to appoint them to the vacant HQCJ positions or reject the appointments.

DEJURE Foundation continues to monitor this selection process closely. We hope the HCJ will soon appoint the most deserving candidate.
