This report covers the competitive selection for positions in the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held in 2021–2023.

Our goal was to reflect on the results of the competitive selection, which took over a year and a half, highlight the key advantages and shortcomings of the process. We hope this report will be taken into account while planning future competitive selection for judicial governance agencies, particularly involving international experts.
