In the Best Interests of the Father: How Children’s Rights Are Abused During Mobilization
During our study, we analyzed 364 court decisions in family cases concerning the rights and interests of children. These decisions, adopted between 2022 and 2023, were based on lawsuits and ruled in favor of the child’s father (relevant cases). These court decisions come from 11 local courts of justice.
The relevant cases in this study include court decisions on determining a child’s place of residence, removing a child without depriving parental rights, and the deprivation of parental rights.
